Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future?<h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Improves the delivery of analytical support to an Operating Unit and/or the enterprise, enhancing the collection, analysis and reporting of data, which enables successful completion of key business operations projects.</li><li>Provides advice to stakeholders, presenting analytical findings and making recommendations as to their impact on business operations.</li><li>Identifies and improves operational processes and procedures, from maintenance to development of reporting dashboards, to streamline business practice and improve efficiency.</li><li>Collects and analyzes data in order to present findings and make recommendations.</li><li>Develops models to help inform decision-making on emerging technology investments.</li><li>Improves the development of business plan scenarios to evaluate different priorities and potential options to achieving the operating unit and/or enterprise objectives.</li><li>Verifies that established processes are aligned with relevant rules, principles, laws, and industry standards with the goal to safeguard assets, minimize errors, and ensure operational activities are performed to mitigate risk.</li><li>A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.</li></ul><h4>Minimum Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Seven or more years of experience performing business operations analysis. </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Three or more years of experience applying analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to analyze complex regulatory and business problems and create innovative solutions.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stress and engage in continuous learning.</li><li>Three or more years of experience facilitating meetings and creating reports for senior management and cross departmental stakeholders.</li><li>Three or more years of experience with Data Exploration, Data Cleaning, Data Labeling, and Data Engineering.&nbsp;</li><li>Three or more years of experience using datasets to write code in R, Python, or equivalent to be able to retrieve the data from remote sources and/or query databases with the proper queries to retrieve the relevant data.</li><li>Three or more years of experience with operational decision making and utilization of Data Visualization tools: Develop intelligent designs that succinctly display the necessary information for action in a concise, easy to interpret format.</li><li>Three or more years of experience with PowerBI.</li><li>One or more years of experience utilizing DataSphere, SAS, Design Manager Data, SAP Data, and various other tracker data, etc. to tell the complete story of work throughout the IPSEC lifecycle.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Experience and knowledge working in a compliance, audit or regulatory program.</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>The position’s work mode is&nbsp;remote.&nbsp;Employee is&nbsp;able to work primarily at home or remote however, the employee may be expected to come to an SCE facility on occasion. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Hiring organizations can add further requirements related to specific jobs.
