Job Summary:&nbsp; Provide quality checks on outgoing finished products using laboratory testing equipment, evaluate acid concentrations and maintain and file appropriate quality production paperwork. Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Testing levels of acids</li><li>Perform Hydrogen tests</li><li>Cut or shear orders for testing</li><li>Perform Bend testing</li><li>Deburring samples</li><li>Perform tensile testing</li><li>Run lab anneals</li><li>Perform metallographic sample preparation</li><li>Check work orders to be released and take out scrap</li><li>Scan files and lab packets</li><li>Completing and filing of lab paperwork</li><li>Employee will be expected to handle waste material properly and ensure proper container, labeling, storage and shipping procedures are followed company procedures for safety and environmental requirements.</li><li>Employee may be required to respond to chemical, oil or acid spills appropriately using onsite spill response and training provided in accordance with safety and environmental requirements.</li><li>Housekeeping, includes but not limited to keeping area clean and conducting inventory of supplies</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> Basic Requirements: <ul><li>A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience or testing environment</li><li>Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
