JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp; The Compliance Officer – Complaints supports the Credit Union’s efforts as they relate to compliance with laws and regulations. This role leads complaint investigation activities and projects, coordinates cross-functional efforts, and manages the end-to-end complaint resolution process.
