Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future?<h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Participates in developing the long-term vision and annual strategic plan for SCE by defining measurable targets for programs and initiatives that focus on opportunities in clean energy, electrification, grid of the future and climate change</li><li>Coordinates with teams to develop a multi-year plan that integrates key milestones across business planning, technical planning, and regulatory function</li><li>Develops key presentations and interacts regularly with management to get input and approval on strategic planning decisions</li><li>Coordinates with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment to the strategic plan throughout the organization</li><li>Conducts periodic strategic reviews and market competitive analysis, thereby aligning business priorities and identifying alternative business opportunities</li><li>Prepares analysis and communicates business performance and results, as needed</li><li>Leads all reporting activities and ensures adherence with the company's policies and procedures</li><li>Conducts various business plan scenarios modeling and sensitivities, enabling management to better understand impact of various development scenarios and uncertainties</li><li>Analyzes large data sets of existing market in order to propose optimization actions</li><li>Utilizes time series and statistical analysis to undertake performance improvement initiatives</li><li>A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.</li></ul><h4>Minimum Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Seven or more years of experience in strategic planning, setting strategies at the department or organization level.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</li><li>Broad knowledge of SCE Maintenance &amp; Inspections Programs and manuals (Distribution Maintenance &amp; Inspection Program – DIMP, Transmission Inspection &amp; Maintenance Program – TIMP, and Maintenance Inspection Manual – MIM)</li><li>Broad knowledge of CPUC rules and regulations (CPUC General Order 95, 128, 165, 174 etc.)</li><li>Broad knowledge of SCE’s E1 notification process and compliance requirements</li><li>Exceptional communication skills and ability to adjust/tailor messaging with the appropriate audience</li><li>Ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to improve customer happiness and efficiency, lead risks and safety appropriately, develop and execute business plans, manage information, and provide outstanding service to internal and external customers</li></ul>Additional Information <ul><li>This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
