Senior Representative, Transaction Processing

The Associate Client Service Manager (CSM) is part of the Client Service Management team within the DC Plan Services organization. This role serves as the primary client-facing associate responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of the retirement plan. The Associate CSM works in a team-based service environment and is accountable for plan-level record keeping and operational activities related to the tax-exempt church retirement plans that apply the Simplified Contribution Platform (SCP). SCP is an online portal through which plan administrators (e.g. church treasurers or business directors) submit retirement plan contributions for their employees. Since our inception in 2012, EDP has helped more than 44 owners of well-run propane businesses transition to their own “next chapter” while benefiting everyone involved.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install tanks adhering to all state and local requirements including NFPA 58 and 54.</li><li>&nbsp;If applicable, complete training and testing for all required state licenses and certifications.</li><li>&nbsp;Immediately report all incidents and accidents to the General Manager.</li><li>Maintain a Class B CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements as required.</li><li>Seasonal Support: Assist with deliveries by driving a delivery vehicle, as necessary.</li><li>&nbsp;Accurately complete and submit service orders daily.</li><li>Perform daily inspections (DVIR) of the truck, maintaining it in excellent working condition.</li><li>Accurately document and bill for all parts used, following sales proposals for pricing.</li><li>This role includes on-call responsibilities, as the needs of the company require that you work past your regular departure time or otherwise outside of your regular work hours</li></ul>Minimum Education:<ul><li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience.</li></ul>Minimum Work Experience:<ul><li>Basic understanding of computer concepts and usage</li><li>2-3 years of experience in propane, HVAC, or a related field preferred</li><li>Familiarity with propane systems, regulations, and industry standards.</li><li>Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn propane systems and installation practices.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and professional appearance.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments and weather conditions.</li><li>Basic computer skills for completing service orders and maintaining documentation.</li></ul>Required Licenses, Certifications, Registrations:<ul><li>Class B CDL License</li><li>Tanker/ Hazmat Endorsement (Preferred)</li></ul> <h4>We Offer Amazing Benefits!</h4>In addition to competitive wages, we are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to help support the physical and financial health of our employees and their families.Our benefits program allows you to customize your coverage, to select the best plans to meet your family’s needs while taking advantage of tax savings.
