With Vituity, if you ever need to move, you can take your job with you.The Opportunity<ul><li>Compile, compute, and input payroll data into ADP payroll system in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>Coordinate with the medical directors, managers, and physicians to receive the payroll-required information.</li><li>Coordinate with Recruiting, HR, and Benefits departments to ensure all payroll information is accurate and received in a timely fashion.</li><li>Prepare pay by verifying time records; calculating and producing checks or electronic transfers; calculating and producing quarterly incentive bonuses.</li><li>Validate payroll information to ensure accuracy and reasonableness.</li><li>Balance and confirm all entries on Payroll Preview reports to ensure accurate pay.</li><li>Fulfill wage garnishment requirements by completing forms; adjusting payroll records, documenting and transmitting withholdings.</li><li>Verify compliance with federal and state payroll requirements; stay current with changes in the law.</li><li>Assist with reconciling items and site-based financial questions as they pertain to payroll production.</li><li>Assist in monthly reconciliation and yearly audit of payroll related accounts.</li><li>Create regular or ad hoc report for CEP leadership and MA management.</li><li>Monitor and respond to inquiries via ticketing system, answer phone calls to department, and assist with delegation of tickets during preassigned times.</li><li>Assist Site Medical Directors with bonus and surplus calculations and any ad hoc reporting.</li><li>Assist with audits of internal records, workers compensation, tax filings, and related documentation.</li><li>Help create finance-related service level agreements with various MedAmerica departments.</li><li>Compare actual performance to service level agreement and provide recommendations for improvements.</li><li>Actively participate in Payroll and HRIS system updates and testing.</li><li>Assist IS&amp;T with third party payroll system implementations and upgrades.</li><li>Ensure that the Payroll database contains updated and accurate information.</li><li>Maintain electronic copies of all the payroll changes.</li><li>Maintain complete records of all the payroll transactions.</li><li>Maintain and review online schedule info to reflect correct hours worked and paid.</li><li>Complete written and verbal Verification of Employments.</li><li>Assist in the overall development of the Payroll / Finance department through suggestions for improvement.</li><li>Participate in departmental meetings and provide feedback on projects that increase overall efficiency of the department.</li><li>Provide Payroll history data/records to employees as requested.</li></ul>Required Experience and Competencies<ul><li>2 -3 years of payroll or accounting experience required.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.</li><li>General knowledge of Payroll and Accounting principles.</li><li>Knowledge of specific policies, standards, procedures, and practices pertaining to the assigned function.</li><li>Knowledge of math principles.</li><li>Good PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Demonstrated self-learner who can work with minimal supervision and wants to be a member of a dynamic team.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate effective customer service techniques.</li><li>Excellent customer service and detail oriented.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate data collection, assimilation, and reconciliation skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.</li></ul>The CommunityEven when you are working remotely, you are an important part of the Vituity Community.
