Duties will include hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, building relationships, and understanding member trends.What You'll Do:<ul><li>Own and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets</li><li>Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the membership base</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and coach sales team members</li><li>Utilize Salesforce to track and report on sales rep activity, enforce established sales best practices and coach to success accordingly</li><li>Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Security Best Practice (SBP) teams on various projects (website, collateral, ads, videos, technical roadmap, prospect feedback, CRM, marketing platform, etc.) to strengthen the sales pipeline and maximize sales promotions</li><li>Work closely with leadership to develop and manage annual sales budget</li><li>Prepare and present quarterly business review to Sales and cross-functional leadership</li><li>Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned</li></ul>What You'll Need:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in technical or business discipline*</li><li>6+ years of sales experience</li><li>3+ years’ sales management experience leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring sales teams with proven successful results</li><li>3+ years’ experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office</li><li>Intermediate level of using Salesforce reports and dashboards to manage team effectiveness</li><li>Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead to closed won</li><li>Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions with proven ability to meet sales targets in a competitive landscape</li><li>Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position appropriately</li><li>Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate advanced technical concepts</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States</li></ul>It's a Plus if You Have:<ul><li>Demonstrated understanding of business practices and fundamental understanding of project management methodology</li><li>Technical selling experience in cybersecurity</li><li>Experience using sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft, Outreach, and Groove</li></ul>*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.At CIS, we are committed to providing an inclusive environment in which the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and views of our employees, members, and customers are valued and respected.
