Job Summary This position supports the mission of the Medication Assistance Program by facilitating patient access to prescribed medications through copay support initiatives, manufacturer-sponsored assistance programs, and other affordability resources. Responsibilities include evaluating patient eligibility, completing patient applications, conducting follow-up communications, and coordinating care with healthcare providers and pharmacy teams. This role is essential in promoting medication adherence and improving health outcomes by reducing financial barriers to treatment. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
