Additionally, we offer a robust benefits package, including rewards, recognition and employee discounts to ensure your continued success.&nbsp; With us, you’ll stay empowered to do your best work by creating astounding possibilities for local communities and beyond.Where you will work:<ul><li>This is a dynamic opportunity to represent our single-family sales initiatives, could be based out of Southwest Washington greater markets - Longview, Randle, Packwood, Morton, etc.</li></ul>A Day in the Life of the Direct Sales Representative - Single-Family Units:&nbsp;<ul><li>Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources</li><li>Aggressively pursue any leads provided daily</li><li>Understand every unique element of assigned properties within portfolio</li><li>Distribute marketing material, facilitate strategic marketing campaigns, build Astound brand awareness</li><li>Review and understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations</li><li>Understand customer needs and articulate solutions</li><li>Attend mandatory sales meetings</li><li>Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management</li><li>Stay up to date with what the competition is doing in your market</li></ul>What You Bring to the Table:&nbsp;<ul><li>Ability to work in a fast paced challenging environment</li><li>Enjoys working outdoors "on the hunt" since 90% of all work is in the field</li><li>Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills</li><li>You have a positive, creative and persuasive personality</li><li>Must be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously</li><li>Must be detail oriented and has highly developed organizational and time management skills</li><li>You are sales-quota driven</li><li>Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation&nbsp; </li><li>Visit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, providing quotes and sign up orders.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li><li>This is a face-to-face and door-to-door position. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, geographical area, experience, and capabilities.&nbsp;*Commission component: Targeted commissions at full attainment are $56,940 annually.
