This position has direct accountability for the processing of external agent and manager compensation and analyzing outstanding debt balances and repayment activity from agents and agencies. This position will work as part of a high-impact team on the day-to-day enterprise distribution finance processes and must have the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to grow into senior analyst and leadership positions within NLG.</p><p>A successful candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical and control expertise, as well as interpersonal acumen coupled with a deep curiosity and commitment to understanding the dynamics of our business.
