Primary Duties/responsibilities: <ul><li>Maintain accurate and detailed analysis of the Branch's addressable market.</li><li>Support Growth Manager in developing the 3 year growth strategy and action plan to deliver, including researching/ determining focus segments and customer targets.</li><li>Support the Growth Manager by establishing and tracking sales metrics.</li><li>Perform win/ loss analyses.</li><li>Coordinate with other Sales Operations Specialists to share learnings and with National Accounts &amp; other branches.</li><li>Track and enforce SalesForce usage, develop templates for territory &amp; account planning.</li><li>Project manage marketing campaigns within the branch (e.g., ensuring follow up to trade show contacts) working closely with ESS Gulf Coast Marketing.</li></ul> Qualifications Education / Experience / Background: <ul><li>Ideally - previous sales operations, marketing or finance experience</li><li>Experience of financial analysis and analytics</li><li>Experience of RPM or other SalesForce systems</li><li>Ideally - a degree or equivalent experience in science, mathematics, or business</li></ul> Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: <ul><li>Highly numerate and analytical</li><li>Very structured and prioritized - able to focus on the most important issues</li><li>Tolerance of working with multiple/ not finished systems until full RPM roll out complete</li><li>Able to work collaboratively across different functions</li><li>High degree of confidence to raise issues with colleagues in other teams who may be more senior</li><li>Knowledge of, or ability to build knowledge of, the hazardous waste business</li></ul> Additional Information We are an Equal Opportunity Employer!
