The Coordinator, New Student Enrollment will have recruitment goals to focus on developing and implementing recruitment and marketing strategies designed to meet the needs of the adult population and nontraditional students. Independently schedule and deliver presentations at area schools, businesses, libraries and social service agencies as assigned. 19. Conduct outreach to prospective students and families using telephone and other current technologies. 20. Communicate and respond to student inquiries in a timely manner. 21. Meet with prospective students and families to help them get started at RVC and conduct campus tours. 22. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment plans, based on data analysis and integrated with marketing strategies for the college. 23. Assist in the coordination of timely tele-counseling efforts to all student groups. 24. Maintain student confidentiality and adhere to FERPA regulations. 25. Maintain knowledge of current research information related to traditional learner needs and trends and share information learned with the Enrollment Services team. 26. Maintain on a daily bases the college’s database systems. 27. Special projects as assigned by the Manager of Recruit or Associate Vice President of Recruitment and Retention. 28.
