POSITION SUMMARY This position is a full-time faculty position responsible for preparing and delivering quality instruction in Business.

Title: Director, Culinary Arts – 9/10 Month (Term)
POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Culinary Arts is a 9-month faculty position that, in collaboration with the Dean and Campus Director, provides the vision and leadership required to realize the mission of the CULA program. Primary administrative responsibilities include program development/management, budget development/management, purchasing of supplies and materials, maintaining programmatic accreditation/external partnerships and providing operational supervision to full and part time faculty and staff in the department. Instructional responsibilities require a strong culinary and hospitality services skill set and the ability to teach students effectively in an instructional environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops, evaluates, and continually improves academic courses and programs, working in collaboration with faculty, that are consistent with the College mission and strategic plan. Provides leadership to program curriculum development/revision including ensuring establishment of effective student learning outcomes and related assessment methods. Provides regular assessment and analysis of assessment to create institutional effectiveness and program specific goals for the improvement of student success on course learning outcomes. Job Summary
The Information Security Specialist provides security-focused support to users and leads key security initiatives for the TBR Central Office and TBR institutions, while operating under the direct guidance of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). This role is responsible for incident monitoring, collecting metrics, generating detailed security reports, and conducting security-related audits as needed. The specialist manages the operation and maintenance of security infrastructure, evaluates, recommends, and implements approved new technologies and innovations, addresses and resolves reported information security issues. Title: HVAC Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY Under the supervision of the of the Manager of Facilities, the HVAC supervisor performs skilled trade-level (journeyman) repair and maintenance on refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, ventilation and air handling equipment. Required to install, maintain and repair electric, electronic and pneumatic controls systems with their supporting machinery, heating/air-conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems that incorporate pneumatic, digital, and central energy management system controls. Perform testing HVAC and Refrigeration for efficiency. Repairs and replaces defective equipment, components or wiring. Installs, connects and adjusts thermostats, humidistats and timers. Braze or solder parts to repair defective joints and leaks. Perform mechanical overhauls and refrigerant reclaiming. Maintains campus air handling equipment, chillers and ice machines.
