The Operational Excellence Nurse provides holistic care to patients with kidney disease. As a National Float Pool employee, the position encompasses the administrator, Clinical Coordinator, charge Nurse or Registered Nurse role dependent on need. The position performs patient care and other duties assigned including supervision of Patient Care Tecnicians.
