As a Warehouse Loader, you will operate selected power equipment to load product into trailers for delivery. Special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age.</li><li>Must be able to use an electric pallet jack.</li><li>Bring a high degree of attention, skill, and dexterity to controlling a pallet jack and stacking product. </li><li>Be able to lift weights of 25-100 lbs frequently. </li><li>Be able to work 10-hour shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays. </li><li>Be able to work in all compartments, including freezer, cooler, and dry areas. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay rate: Training - $20.00 per hour, 100% Production - $23.50 per hour, with potential of addition)</li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.</li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Warehouse Selector: <ul><li>Select product and load trucks, moving product between the loading dock and the warehouse and moving product within the warehouse. </li><li>May work in various areas of the warehouse such as Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer, and others.</li><li>McLane provides freezer suits, hats, and gloves to you. </li><li>Review documents and record information; verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.</li><li>Drive and operate a reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product within the warehouse and dock.</li><li>Hand-stack product on occasion when items are off balance or in the wrong location.</li><li>Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.</li><li>Clean work area.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age.</li><li>Able to perform accurate visual inspections and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds or more.</li><li>At least 1 year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift is preferred, but not required. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.</li></ul> Fit the following?
