Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay rate: Training - $21.50 per hour, with potential of additional pay incentives. </li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. </li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days. </li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. </li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Warehouse Selector: <ul><li>Select product and load trucks, moving product between the loading dock and the warehouse and moving product within the warehouse. </li><li>May work in various areas of the warehouse such as Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer, and others. </li><li>McLane provides freezer suits, hats, and gloves to you. </li><li>Review documents and record information; verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product. </li><li>Drive and operate a reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product within the warehouse and dock. </li><li>Hand-stack product on occasion when items are off balance or in the wrong location. </li><li>Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders. </li><li>Clean work area. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age. </li><li>Able to perform accurate visual inspections and repeatedly lift to 50 pounds or more. </li><li>At least 1 year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift is preferred, but not required. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.</li></ul> Fit the following? As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, you will send, inspect and record outgoing products. Work with DC to load packages and check their contents to ensure they match the orders. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay rate: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. </li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.</li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator: <ul><li>Sends shipments and creates paperwork for outgoing deliveries.</li><li>Inspects shipments to ensure there are no damages.</li><li>Verifies shipments per order requirements.</li><li>May send shipments outside the US contiguous border.</li><li>Investigates problems and resolves discrepancies.</li><li>Labels shipments prior to loading.</li><li>Trains new teammates in shipping department.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED. </li><li>4 or more years' experience in a shipping department.</li><li>2 or more years' experience in a distribution environment.</li><li>Experience shipping outside the US contiguous border is preferred.</li><li>Strong math and documentation abilities. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
