This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The main job of an Inventory Control Clerk is Cycle Counting. Cycle counting means counting the products being received and reconciling against the inventory documentation. The products we distribute and receive are boxes of frozen/dry food (cases.)
