The Bulk Picker selects products from reserve locations to replenish selection slots and make items pick-ready for selectors. For this position you will need to be comfortable working at heights of up to 28 feet. You will need to be McLane-certified to operate a turret pick forklift and a cherry picker, and you will be required to take a forklift test (both written and hands-on). A passing score on the forklift test is required in order to remain in the position. You will need to be able to lift and reposition pallets as necessary. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay rate: $21.00 per hour. </li><li>Various shifts: 9:00 pm - 5:30 am - Monday - Friday, 9:00 pm - 5:30 am - Saturday - Wednesday, 9:00 pm - 5:30 am - Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 pm - 5:30 am - Wednesday - Sunday.</li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.</li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Bulk Picker: <ul><li>Perform preventive maintenance work on industrial refrigeration equipment (both ammonia and Freon®).</li><li>Service and repair equipment as needed.</li><li>Interpret drawings and specifications.</li><li>Record and monitor refrigerant use, scheduled maintenance, and compliance with all applicable laws.</li><li>Assist with the daily activities of the Maintenance department.</li><li>Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred. </li><li>Basic computer skills. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
