In this role, you will be responsible for growing and developing strategic relationships with National Life Group’s distribution partners. This role requires a relationship builder with a sales focus, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong work ethic, a passion for life and annuity products, and a competitive drive to succeed. </p><h4>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Responsible for building new and growing existing relationships with agents and agencies to increase revenue from life and annuity sales.</li><li>Actively consult and advise agencies to provide them with value-added strategies to increase their book of business and create effective marketing campaigns to achieve growth goals.</li><li>Develop business plans in targeted markets to acquire, grow, and strengthen distribution relationships.</li><li>Establish and manage strong working relationships with internal and external partners to provide enhanced customer service for all sales and service operations.</li><li>Support agents and agency marketers in product selection, case design, and illustration fulfillment.</li><li>Conduct training, both in person and virtual, on products, processes, business development and services offered by National Life Group.</li><li>Onboard new relationships with National Life Group to quickly grow and develop business.</li><li>Maintain an active understanding of the competitive landscape and current industry trends to create innovative solutions designed to meet customer needs.</li></ul><h4>Minimum Qualifications</h4><ul><li>An entrepreneur with a history of demonstrating year over year growth with strategic partners in life and annuity products.</li><li>Minimum 3 years industry experience in life and/or annuity product distribution.
