Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour. </li><li>(Monday - Friday start time 8am)</li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. </li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days. </li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. </li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV: <ul><li>Load and secure products in trailers in a safe manner. </li><li>Job duties will be completed by hand or by use of powered equipment. </li><li>Maintain quality control for Non conveyable products prior to loading. </li><li>Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention. </li><li>Communicate any special circumstances to the delivery driver via the Shipping Loading Report. </li><li>Maintain a clean, debris-free work area. </li><li>Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment. </li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age. </li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred. </li><li>Able to perform accurate visual inspections.</li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
