The Damage/Returns Processor assists inbound McLane Drivers to unload and account for products being returned from delivery or processed through the Damage/Returns Department. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour. </li><li>1:00pm start time</li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.</li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Warehouse Processor: <ul><li>Count, scan, and input item label information into a computerized system.</li><li>Sort and stack totes; shrink-wrap pallets as needed.</li><li>Transport product and totes to their designated locations.</li><li>Process product through the inventory tracking system.</li><li>Record, document, and destroy damaged product.</li><li>Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred. </li><li>Basic computer skills. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour. </li><li>Start time: 3:00am</li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. </li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days. </li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. </li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Warehouse Selector II <ul><li>Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order. </li><li>Pull correct quantities of designated products from a slot location and place in a tote or box. </li><li>Push tote or box along a static conveyor line, continuing to pull items until order is complete (multiple totes or boxes may be needed). </li><li>Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age. </li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred </li><li>Able to perform accurate visual inspections. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
