Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage artwork for clinical and commercial printed materials for cGMP use</li><li>Support life cycle management changes of L&amp;P components</li><li>Coordinate with artwork and label vendors to ensure key project milestones are met</li><li>Identify gaps in the process and update policies/procedures as necessary</li><li>Proactively mitigate and communicate issues between relevant functional areas</li><li>Support Cell Therapy manufacturing sites in L&amp;P related packaging deviations and investigations</li></ul>Experience &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>BA/BS Degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience or MS degree with 2-4 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Proficiency in project management with the ability to independently plan, prioritize, schedule, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Experience in a cGMP environment with a track record of managing multiple quality records</li><li>Knowledge of packaging, labeling, and printing technologies</li><li>Must have excellent attention to details with focus on product quality</li><li>Comfortable in working with Excel, Visio, SharePoint and any other electronic systems used in creation of label proof and artwork</li><li>Basic knowledge of functional areas and drug development process</li></ul>If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
