Job Description POSITION SUMMARY Based in Beaumont, TX, the Logistics Manager will lead the Beaumont warehouse operations and logistics teams and be responsible for optimizing the materials management working with cross-functional teams. Job Description Location: Beaumont, TX - 1068 Hwy 90 West As our Maintenance Manager, you'll play a key role in the areas of Plant Engineering, Capital Projects, Maintenance and Utilities. Partnering with the Plant Manager-Beaumont Operations, you'll tackle the individual engineering related items specified below and be responsible for all aspects of maintenance (buildings, production units, and grounds) and utilities. You will make recommendations to the Plant Manager for any necessary and corrective measures, which will result in greater efficiency and economy. You will cooperate with other department managers toward the attainment of the overall company's objectives and manage your subordinates in the most efficient manner. This work includes:<ul><li>Finding and solving the root causes of problems using the zero defects approach.</li><li>Developing interim "fixes" that are needed to maintain operation of the plant.</li><li>Capital Projects will be needed to solve some root causes of problems.
