General Function:&nbsp;
Serves as the first point of contact for all users seeking technical assistance.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma and one year of experience working in a technology related field. Additional related post-secondary education can be substituted for the required experience on a year for year basis or industry certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp; 
Associate Degree earned from a regionally accredited institution in a related program and one year of experience working in a technology related field.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide first line of technical support and assistance to the Motlow community.</li>
<li>Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. Determine the best course of action based on the issue and details provided by the users. Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.</li>
<li>Assist with general technical support for all Motlow devices.</li>
<li>Maintain proper inventory of all technology assets.</li>
<li>Support documentation of knowledgebase, while properly recording events, problems, and resolutions in ITSM platform.</li>
<li>Assist with technology setup for new hires, office moves, and additions including but not limited to user accounts, phone extensions, network connectivity, etc.</li>

Title: Computer Technician
POSITION SUMMARY Installs, repairs and maintains campus technology across all seven of the College’s campuses.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoots and repairs microcomputer hardware and peripherals. Plans, designs and installs new endpoint devices and software systems. Administers and maintains software deployment systems and creates images and installation packages. Reviews and resolves service tickets for campus-related requests. Responds to technical dispatch requests escalated from the service desk. Maintains an inventory of campus technology equipment, supplies, parts and stock.
Maintains an inventory of software and licensing. Works with third-party vendors to resolve technical problems when necessary. Troubleshoots network related issues and audio/visual systems. Supports and assists with technical infrastructure systems, such as electronic door access, security cameras and UPS devices. Occasionally travels throughout the service area to other campuses.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma
Three (3) years of relevant experience, including at least one (1) year in technical support.

POSITION SUMMARY Nashville State Community College (NSCC) is seeking a qualified CDL Driver to operate a mobile classroom for its Workforce and Community Development programs and support NSCC students and initiatives. This mobile classroom may travel to all seven NSCC campuses, as well as to other community and industry locations. The CDL Driver/Operator will play a critical role in supporting the College's mission to provide accessible education and training opportunities by ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the mobile classroom.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate a mobile classroom vehicle to designated locations, including NSCC campuses and community/industry partner sites. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition. Coordinate with program staff to plan routes and schedules. Set up and secure the mobile classroom at each site, ensuring a safe and functional environment for participants. Perform light maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly. Assist with loading, unloading, and securing classroom equipment and materials as needed. Maintain accurate records of travel logs, fuel usage, and maintenance reports.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent

POSITION SUMMARY Assist with daily operations of the User Support Services Assist by helping students, faculty, and staff with technology-related issues and questions and by helping computer lab technicians and media services with technology setups.

Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property’s maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.&nbsp;4.
