Essential Functions 
Program Innovation
<ul>
<li>Becomes a certified proctor for PearsonVue testing.</li>
<li>Assists as needed with additional exams given in the testing center (Accuplacer, CLEP, MOS, &amp; TEAS).</li>
</ul>
Organizational Culture
<ul>
<li>Communicates clearly to large groups of examinees regarding testing guidelines and information.</li>
<li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provides general information regarding testing schedules and procedures for all exams.</li>
<li>Monitors examinees to ensure a secure and quiet test environment that supports testing integrity.</li>
</ul>
Fiscal Stewardship
<ul>
<li>Proctors online and conventional paper/pencil exams.</li>
<li>Maintains security and accountability of all exams.</li>
<li>Handles and reports technical irregularities or suspicious behavior to supervisor.</li>
<li>Performs various clerical functions such as filing, record keeping, and answering phones.</li>

POSITION SUMMARY
The Custodian position assists the Custodial Coordinator in keeping the buildings clean. These duties primarily include but are not limited to cleaning and refinishing: Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT), Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), Ceramic Tile, Concrete, wood and Carpet. Other duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, event set ups, cleaning restrooms, washing walls, wiping down white boards, emptying trash, and servicing/maintaining equipment relevant to the department. Uniforms and personal protective equipment will be provided, and must be worn at all times. This position reports to the Custodial Coordinator, and ultimately the Executive Director of Plant Operations.

Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.&nbsp;2. Completes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a “punch” list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.&nbsp;3. Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property’s maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.&nbsp;4. Completes documentation and other paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked.&nbsp;5. Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.&nbsp;6.
