With us, you’ll stay empowered to do your best work by creating astounding possibilities for local communities and beyond.Where you will work: Odessa, TXA Day in the Life of the Broadband Service Technician:The Broadband Service Technician is responsible for residential installation, service/repair, and disconnections for data, video, and phone on the customer premises with a high level of focus on customer service, customer education, and quality of work. This role will be responsible for ensuring and recording correct RF signal levels. The BST is required to communicate with leadership and dispatch, as well as assist supervisors and technicians with escalations and specialized work orders.
