Ayudará con la instalación de herramientas en los Molinos de Tubos.Funciones esenciales:<ul><li>Observa la operación y verifica las dimensiones de los productos terminados.</li><li>Inspecciona rutinariamente y retira piezas terminadas de la cama de la máquina.</li><li>Realiza todas las verificaciones de calidad necesarias y registra esos controles según sea requerido.</li><li>Realiza el mantenimiento rutinario y no rutinario en el molino y los equipos relacionados, según lo indique el Líder de Equipo.</li><li>Opera todos los equipos de manejo de materiales (montacargas, grúas puente y carros de mano).</li><li>Realiza conteos de cantidad precisos de todos los materiales entrantes y salientes.</li><li>Coloca etiquetas o marcas identificativas en los materiales o marca información con un lápiz de pintura o plantillas con pintura en aerosol.</li><li>Descarga todos los materiales recibidos de los remolques de camiones semirremolque usando montacargas grandes y mueve el material a la ubicación designada en el almacén.</li><li>Almacena todo el material entrante en el almacén, asegurando que todas las etiquetas, documentación y datos estén completos.</li><li>Llena todas las órdenes de producción y envío según sea necesario y ensambla contenedores de madera o cartón, o selecciona contenedores preensamblados para empaquetar, atar, embalar o agrupar los artículos para los diversos métodos de envío deseados.</li><li>Compara la información de identificación y realiza el conteo, el peso o la medida de los artículos en los envíos salientes para verificar contra las cartas de porte, facturas, pedidos u otros registros.</li></ul>Cualificaciones:<ul><li>Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED, preferido.</li><li>De tres a seis meses de experiencia relacionada y/o formación; o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
