POSITION SUMMARYUnder the supervision of the Ready2Teach Director, the ECE Pathways &amp; Employer Advisor will work directly with early childhood education programs to strengthen their business operations, workforce development practices, and organizational capacity.&nbsp;Managing a caseload of 30+ sites and supporting 60+ teachers and administrators, the Advisor provides individualized consultation, technical assistance, and training on topics such as business development, marketing, financial sustainability, leadership, wellness, and mentoring.
