JOB SUMMARY&nbsp;Acts as a liaison between the application needs of internal customers and the Technology team and actively prioritizes requests to ensure needs are met. Identifies and documents user/member requirements to ensure that business problems can be solved with available applications and, if not, actively pursues alternative applications and/or business process improvements. Work hours are between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Hours will vary but should be around 8-24 hours per week. This position is remote but does require in person visits to hospital psychiatric units.
