Ability to define the right processes for the team’s maturity level, balancing agility and discipline.</li><li>Prior experience in leading cGMP investigations utilizing formal Root Cause Analysis tools strongly preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to assess risk and develop contingency plans for process risks.
