Ensures medical staff’s face-to-face evaluation visit prior to the RN assessment.</li><li>Utilizes appropriate support/expert resources or personnel to resolve complex or difficult situations.</li><li>Adheres to expected productivity and accuracy targets established by management.&nbsp;
