Loan Operations Specialist I (3357)
Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):- Book new loans, renewals, and modifications
- Scan loan files to convert to digital
- Post payments, draws, and principal reductions
- Ensure accuracy of loans booked into our system
- Process loan payoffs
- Assist with loan account related research as needed
- Assist with balancing loan related General Ledger accounts
- Document and track exceptions and ticklers
- Handle escrow and collateral disbursements
- Cross training to support other Loan Operations team members
- Other duties as may be assigned by Loan Operations Specialist Manager
- High School Education or equivalent
- 2 years of bank operations experience or loan processing
- Highly organized
- Detail oriented and accurate with data entry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in Jack Henry core
Experience with Microsoft Suite products
- Lending Compliance
- Quality Assurance
- Initiative
- Data Literacy
- Adaptability
