This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative, cutting-edge research using state-of-the-art laboratory techniques and methodologies.

The Scientist II will independently design, conduct, and analyze complex experiments and research projects, as well as generate and interpret statistical datasets. The successful candidate will provide scientific leadership and oversee projects involving laboratory staff, graduate students, and research trainees. Responsibilities include evaluating research progress, analyzing results, implementing improvements to laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring the successful execution of research objectives.

In addition, the Scientist II will serve as a resource and mentor for laboratory personnel by providing technical guidance and experimental support to staff, scholars, and graduate students.
