Responsibilities
We are looking for a Market Manager to lead a team of Sales Professionals to support the Treat segment of the business. This role will be focused on driving awareness of solutions for water quality challenges and driving results. This role is also expected to serve as the technical expert on regulations in this space and translate into actions to support needs of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Manage team of Water Quality focused Sales Specialists.
- Lead cross-functional market reviews and alignment.
- Drive profitable growth Water Quality products in the Treat category.
- Actively understand regulatory dynamics.
- Set and execute performance goals for the region.
- Drive customer and competitor insights into action. Communicate market conditions, competitive activity, and market intel.
- Ability to offer technical support and guidance to Field Sales and customers.
- Build strong relationships with Field Sales team and customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, order management, product development, Sales) to maximize performance.
- Monitor and manage key daily metrics (orders, shipments, yield, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, or technical field preferred).
- 7-15 years of constructionrelated support experience.
- Experience with engineered or technical products.
- Recognition as a strong industry sales performer (awards, measurable achievements, etc.).
- Ability to travel up to 75% (US and Canada).
