We have big plans for expanding throughout Pueblo, Fountain, Monument, Colorado Springs, and surrounding areas and are building our leadership team by training in our Colorado Springs Training Program to prepare for upcoming opening units. Our Restaurant Team/Shift Leaders have a dual role - you’ll serve as both a restaurant leader and a team member. As a leader, you’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager ensuring all operating procedures are followed. You’ll also assist with scheduling, training and supervising Team Members to ensure each customer enjoys a hot, freshly-prepared product using the highest quality ingredients served in a comfortable, clean, friendly environment. Required Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be 18 years or older. • Customer Service • Food Prep & Delivery • Daily Operations • Ensure Company Policy and Brand Quality Standards are followed. • Demonstrate Fiscal Responsibility • Communicate Issues with Management • Maintain Cleaning and Sanitation Procedures • Achieve and Maintain Required Certifications • Restaurant Administration • Scheduling • Training • Inventory Management • Shift Leadership • Willingness to learn. Coachable • Positive Attitude • Punctual and Responsible • Ability to Work in a Team Environment • Must have ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions • Has strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant. • Ability to develop and motivate team members. Rate of Pay: $17.00-$18.00
