This position plays a pivotal role in supporting student success through leadership development, strategic guidance, and oversight of student organizations, outreach initiatives, and professional development activities. The successful candidate will foster a welcoming and engaging environment that encourages student involvement, professional growth, meaningful connections, and a strong sense of belonging.

In addition, this position serves as a key departmental representative by planning and coordinating student-focused events, supporting recruitment efforts, and representing Agricultural Education & Advocacy at prominent outreach events, including National, State, and Regional FFA Conventions. The successful candidate will collaborate with university and college partners to advance student engagement and enrollment initiatives while serving as a valuable resource for students, faculty, and stakeholders. Occasional remote work may be available with supervisory approval, based on operational needs.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesA blend of technical expertise in science and mechanics, practical business skills, and strong educational and leadership abilities are a plus for this job.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/ExperiencePrevious experience working with undergraduates in Agricultural Education required. Strong background in hands-on agricultural sciences, teaching methods, and youth development preferred.
