Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):- Advise customers on bank services for their needs (ex. Loans, credit cards, investment services)
- Process transactions on customer accounts (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.)
- Resolve any issues with banking services and accounts
- Refer clients to product experts as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure high-quality customer service
- Handle customer needs by providing high level solutions to questions and concerns
- Make sound decisions based on our policies/procedures with a solid risk assessment
- Experience in sales or customer service field
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented approach to problem solving
- Knowledge of banking practices and regulations
- Cash handling experience
