The Role

Building meaningful client relationships is at the heart of this role. As a key member of the Wealth Management team, this role partners closely with Advisors to deliver a highly personalized experience for Fidelity's most sophisticated and high-net-worth clients. Through a combination of proactive outreach, inbound client support, and ongoing relationship management, this role helps strengthen client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include addressing a broad range of client needs, including brokerage and investment inquiries, asset allocation, retirement and income planning, trust and estate considerations, and tax-advantaged investment solutions. In partnership with the Advisor, this role supports the execution of client strategies through structured contact plans, annual reviews, guidance preparation discussions, and pre- and post-meeting follow-up. By maintaining regular communication and understanding clients' evolving needs, this role identifies opportunities for asset consolidation, additional wealth management solutions, and enhanced client engagement, helping ensure long-term client success and a seamless client experience.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
  • Five or more years of customer service experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, via telephone and face-to-face consultations
  • Subject matter expertise will be used to address unique and complex client service requests
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where timely completion of tasks is critical
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive investment related discussions and participate in client meetings for investment, life events and service reviews
  • Effectively maintain client portfolios in accordance with compliance guidelines

The Team

Private Wealth Management brings financial strategies across retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning to protect, grow and transfer assets in an integrated way. Working as a dedicated Wealth Management team, using a dynamic and customized approach, this team of specialists helps clients identify long term objectives and develop strategies for achieving them.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $79,000-153,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

We offer a wide range of benefits to meet your evolving needs and help you live your best life at work and at home. These benefits include comprehensive health care coverage and emotional well-being support, market-leading retirement, generous paid time off and parental leave, charitable giving employee match program, and educational assistance including student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and learning resources to develop your career. Note, the application window closes when the position is filled or unposted.
