Since our inception in 2012, EDP has helped more than 30 owners of well-run propane businesses transition to their own “next chapter” while benefiting everyone involved.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Servicing/repairing and installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems that include: Propane and Oil Heating Systems including furnaces and boilers, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, ductless systems.</li><li>Installing, inspecting, and maintaining propane tanks, lines, and equipment</li><li>Complete daily calls dispatched to technician&nbsp;</li><li>Getting complete detailed diagnostics and materials needed for repairs/installations.</li><li>Inputting all information into customers profiles while on the job</li><li>Creating customer relations&nbsp;</li><li>Upgrading and giving options to customers to meet their needs&nbsp;</li><li>Continuing education with the help of the company</li><li>Work overtime as needed</li><li>This role includes on-call responsibilities, as the needs of the company require that you work past your regular departure time or otherwise outside of your regular work hours</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li><li>Must have 3-5 years experience in HVAC repairs/ and or installations.</li><li>Positive attitude, safe mindset, and great communications/customer skills.</li><li>Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.</li><li>Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to maintain company vehicles cleanliness and stock&nbsp;</li><li>EPA Universal Certified&nbsp;</li><li>***NATE Certification not required but is a plus***</li></ul> <h4>We Offer Amazing Benefits!</h4>In addition to competitive wages, we are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to help support the physical and financial health of our employees and their families.Our benefits program allows you to customize your coverage, to select the best plans to meet your family’s needs while taking advantage of tax savings.
