The Palletizer controls the movement of filled customer orders in the warehouse to a designated staging location on the loading dock. The ideal candidate will be pallet jack-certified or able to become certified. They may also be asked to become forklift-certified. They will be able to retrieve merchandise from shelves that are 6 feet high, lift and carry totes that may weigh up to 60 pounds, and maneuver in confined spaces of 4 feet or less. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay Rate: $19.50 </li><li>Schedule: Monday through Friday</li><li>Start time: 6:00 am </li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.</li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Warehouse Palletizer: <ul><li>Read load and stop numbers on each tote/case and place all the totes/cases for each stop number on one pallet.</li><li>Count totes/cases for each stop, verify correct load numbers, and record number of totes for each stop.</li><li>Transfer pallets to the loading dock at the correct door for loading.</li><li>Ensure that orders are kept in stop/batch sequence and placed onto the conveyor by load number.</li><li>Participate in cleanup activities such as facing and downstacking product, mopping, sweeping, and dusting.</li><li>Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance </li><li>Paid time off begins day one.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!</li></ul> What you'll do as a Supply Chain Governance Manager: <ul><li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive registry of state-specific social responsibility requirements affecting the products distributed by the Company's Restaurant business unit, including but not limited to Farm Animal Confinement laws, Foreign Supplier Verification Program, Bottle Bills, Extended Producer Responsibility programs, as well as certain FSMA traceability requirements (collectively, the "Product Accountability" requirements). </li><li>Create and implement processes for collecting, validating, and storing required Product Accountability data, certifications and/or documentation from suppliers. </li><li>Collaborate with Company's supplier onboarding team to integrate Product Accountability compliance verification into supplier qualification procedures. </li><li>Lead and work cross-functionally with legal, procurement, national accounts and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment with company objectives for Product Accountability. </li><li>Stay current on emerging legislation and regulatory changes across multiple states, as well as customer contractual requirements. </li><li>Monitor Company's operations to assess Product Accountability compliance risks, including through appropriate use of regular audits; develop corrective action plans as needed. </li><li>Communicate Product Accountability compliance-related matters to leadership, including dashboards to track progress. </li><li>Train cross-functional teams on Product Accountability compliance requirements and documentation procedures. </li><li>Prepare, analyze, and review various internal and external Product Accountability reports, including required regulatory reports for submission to appropriate state agencies. </li><li>Develop and maintain appropriate records retention of Product Accountability compliance activity and related information. </li><li>Facilitate Product Accountability regulator inquiries and audits in accordance with law. </li><li>Support supplier education programs to improve Product Accountability compliance rates. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Supply Chain Governance Manager: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.</li><li>Five or more years of experience in regulatory compliance, sustainability, and/or supply chain management. </li><li>Knowledge of regulatory compliance methods and processes. </li><li>Strong project management skills. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. </li><li>Proficiency in data management and reporting systems. </li><li>Exceptional communication skills for engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders. </li><li>Experience with compliance documentation and audit procedures. </li><li>Ability to interpret regulatory and contractual requirements and translate them into actionable processes.</li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
