Job SummaryThis role supports the regulatory and operational risk management activities of the Credit Union’s Contact Center channel by providing risk guidance (financial, vendor management, and regulatory compliance, etc.) related to their business activities. Job Summary:The Lending Quality Control Analyst supports the Consumer Credit Administration’s Quality Management program by performing real-time quality control reviews of consumer lending applications to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal policies. This role is critical in identifying and correcting errors during the loan process, helping to maintain operational excellence and reduce risk exposure. Working under the guidance of the Manager, Quality Management and Credit Administration Quality Control Officer, the Analyst collaborates with lending staff and underwriters to address deficiencies promptly, promote compliance with consumer lending regulations, and support continuous process improvements.
