Technical Designer

As an assistant director of SCADhome, you will oversee and support a team of five live-in community directors and paraprofessional staff in the management of their assigned areas. You will lead regular staff meetings, evaluations, and employee file management. In collaboration with faculty and staff, you will create and conduct targeted student programming, training for all SCADhome staff, and the department’s community development plan. Through this development plan and related programming, you will enhance the residential experience through initiatives and partnerships that foster academic success and strengthen connections to SCAD and the broader community.
