At West Coast University you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and passion with the next generation of nurses.You will make an impact by: <ul><li>Assisting with the implementation of simulation for the training of healthcare professionals at the University.</li><li>Maintaining and allocating equipment and supplies used in simulation training sessions.</li><li>Assisting faculty with use of simulation equipment and resources and participates in data collection related to evaluation of learning and satisfaction with the provision of services.</li><li>Using technology ranging from low fidelity to extreme high fidelity human simulators.</li></ul>Your Experience Includes:<ul><li>Minimum one to two years’ experience with instructional technology, audio-visual systems, computer-based learning or simulation.</li><li>Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications relevant to simulator functions such as Laerdal high-fidelity simulation equipment.</li><li>Experience as a healthcare provider desirable (i.e., Medical Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician).</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Education, Filmmaking/Production Design, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field required.</li><li>A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Education, Film Making/Production Design, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.</li></ul>Do you want a career that allows you to make a difference in other people’s lives?
