Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising.   *GreenBox is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank.  &nbsp;What you'll do<ul><li>Develop and implement GreenBox security strategy across all warehouse and distribution facilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Build and lead a team of on-site Security Managers—one per GB site—to oversee local execution of corporate security standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Hire, manage, and evaluate third-party security vendors for on-site coverage, including guardhouse operations and employee entrance management.</li></ul><ul><li>Design and implement security procedures, access control protocols, and incident response workflows.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with corporate and legal standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Lead investigations of theft, vandalism, safety breaches, and other incidents in partnership with site operations and HR.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide security-related training and awareness programs to all site-level employees, contractors, and visitors.</li></ul><ul><li>Establish emergency preparedness plans, escalation protocols, and collaboration frameworks with various departments</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and report on security KPIs and risk assessments across all facilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Serve as a subject matter expert for site design input related to fencing, lighting, surveillance systems, and access control infrastructure.</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with Legal, Safety, and Operations to align security policy with broader risk management efforts.</li></ul>What you'll need<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field (required).</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in corporate or industrial security, preferably within distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven success designing and scaling multi-site security programs.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience managing third-party security firms and vendor contracts.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with electronic surveillance, access control systems, and investigative procedures.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of OSHA and local/state security and safety regulations.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across field operations and corporate teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. with evolving processes and priorities.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to handle sensitive information and incidents with discretion and professionalism.</li></ul>Our Environment<ul><li>Travel up to 50%required.</li></ul><ul><li>The employee is routinely required to work at heights of up to 45 feet and within restrictive areas of 24 inches. to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Must comply with all safety requirements and protocols, including without limitation Lock out tag out safety protocols and fall protection safety protocols.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Approximately 75% of time will be spent on a construction site with PPE required (hard hat, safety vest, steel toes, eyeglasses, ear protection, fall protection (e.g., safety harness).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>There will be steep stairs to climb into the structure You may be required to routinely walk up and down stairs to navigate the automation structure.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You will regularly be near railings that are high off the ground.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Subject to environmental conditions, protection from weather conditions but not necessarily temperature changes.
