The Stocker maintains continuous supplies of open-case product to be pulled by Warehouse Selectors. They operate power equipment and assist Supervisors as directed. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay rate: $20 per hour. </li><li>Monday-Friday with a start time of 4 am until finished. </li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.</li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Warehouse Stocker: <ul><li>Use various reports and computer programs to choose product.</li><li>Prepare boxes and place in slots for selection, proactively keeping slots replenished.</li><li>Check quantities against stocking reports.</li><li>Record product moves to ensure correct product and accurate counts; identify and remedy insufficient and/or mis-slotted products.</li><li>Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>Basic computer skills. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
