Senior Manage-Client Management

American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Senior Managers, Data Analytics to drive strategic data analysis and execution efforts to grow card portfolios through data-driven insights. Lead technology-enabled projects that analyze business data, including market trends and customer data, to identify growth opportunities within the existing portfolio and potential new lines of business. Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives for new business opportunities, leveraging technology, Big Data, and automation. Monitor the performance of key customer segments, reporting on early tenure, high-potential, and high-spending customers, and develop targeted, data-driven engagement strategies. Progress the purchase decision-making process and monitor spend capture to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
