JOB SUMMARY&nbsp;Acts as a liaison between the application needs of internal customers and the Technology team and actively prioritizes requests to ensure needs are met. Identifies and documents user/member requirements to ensure that business problems can be solved with available applications and, if not, actively pursues alternative applications and/or business process improvements. In addition to traditional business analysis responsibilities, this role will support the credit union’s growing emphasis on AI-driven decision-making and automation.
