The successful candidate will be responsible for providing regulatory compliance oversight and guidance to the GCS marketing and business sales teams, including the development of new tools, capabilities, and processes to support the sales, servicing, account development and marketing objectives, business-owned collateral, and compliance related control environment.<ul><li>Drive implementation of policy and regulatory requirements in the areas of banking and credit card practices, consumer protection, privacy and other relevant federal, state and local regulations. &nbsp;</li><li>Provide guidance and oversight on the content governance related to the management of marketing, sales campaigns, sales support servicing, and related business-owned collateral and testing compendiums.</li><li>Assess regulatory compliance risk via the development and introduction of new and uplifted sales capabilities and tools, and related procedures, compliance mitigating controls and testing.</li><li>Participate in review of sales call activities, misconduct events, complaints, and business conduct activities to ensure adherence with regulatory and policy requirements.</li><li>Assist in development and enhancement of regulatory business self-testing associated with marketing and sales practices, via the assessment and oversight of compliance risk mitigating controls.</li><li>Liaise as required with the relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to:&nbsp; GCS SME and G&amp;L Sales, GCS Marketing, Controls Management, Internal Audit, Independent Compliance Testing team, General Counsel’s Organization, and Global Privacy Office.</li><li>Effectively manage the Compliance Issue Management process and to ensure appropriate decisioning of Compliance Issues, timely closure of gaps and customer remediation where required.</li><li>Participate in the Compliance Risk Assessment process to ensure that all applicable laws and regulations are mapped to the applicable business processes.</li><li>Review vendor services prior to contractual engagement, including any modification with respect to the services performed or change in product and/or services as needed.</li><li>Assist in preparation for regulatory inquiries and examinations.</li><li>Additional responsibilities based on business needs.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years’ experience in Compliance or related activities, within the financial services and banking industry.</li><li>Deep regulatory knowledge of the financial regulations pertaining to banking, consumer protection, privacy and advertising (i.e. UDAP, TCPA, CAN-SPAM).</li><li>In-depth knowledge and understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies, including risk and control assessments.</li><li>Understanding of regulatory expectations and experience preparing for regulator meetings and examinations.</li><li>Proven ability to build rapport, garner respect and appropriately exercise authority in a collaborative environment.</li><li>Professional maturity and confidence in expressing a point of view with management.</li><li>Ability to identify and understand key risks, issues and trends and to develop meaningful information to be shared with leadership.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a highly deadline-intensive environment is required.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior credit card industry, compliance, legal or risk experience is a plus.</li></ul>Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp; The Director of Clinical Education is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the clinical phase of the Physician Assistant Program. It is expected that the Director of Clinical Education will provide effective leadership toward meeting program and student learning outcomes related to the clinical phase of the program. The Director of Clinical Education will work with the Program Director and other members of the PA faculty to ensure that the program‘s clinical phase is in compliance with all ARC‐PA Accreditation Standards pertaining to supervised clinical practice experiences. The Director of Clinical Education should work in synergy with their counterpart at PA programs on other South University campuses.
