Job Summary
This is a Full-Time fiscal position responsible for the coordination, preparation and submission of the college's annual personnel, operating and capital budgets. These responsibilities include establishing annual planning/budgetary policies and procedures; forecasting revenues; recommending funding alternatives; and formulating and submitting all required external financial planning and budget reports required by TBR and THEC. The Director will also develop standard weekly(and/or) monthly reporting, performance management dashboards and models, and conduct ad-hoc analysis of key opportunities for the organization. Duties also include the establishment, maintenance and monitoring of budgetary controls including position control; period assessment of the college's overall financial position; and the dissemination of budget information to all levels of college management. Job Duties

<li>Supervision of staff in budget office.</li>
<li>Creates a well-defined budget process (policies and procedures) and directs the preparation of regular and special budget reports.</li>

Title: Adjunct Instructor – Video Production Technology

Position Summary: To provide quality instruction for student learning and to maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom. The major emphasis will be placed on teaching and evaluating students in the classroom and laboratories.
Department: Engineering &amp; Media Technologies
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Planning and teaching classes as assigned and as outlined in the course descriptions and course syllabi. 2. Supervising the study and learning activities of students assigned. 3. Submitting requests through the department head, program coordinator, or lead teacher for equipment, supplies, textbooks, and other instructional aids. 4. Evaluating the academic progress of students. 5. Demonstrating knowledge of services, regulations, and procedures as defined in the Adjunct Faculty Handbook. 6. Submitting course grades and performing other administrative duties as required. 7. Scheduling two office hours. For extenuating circumstances in which office hours cannot be scheduled, the adjunct faculty member must submit a written plan to the Dean describing how students can access the instructor. Office hours are not paid during the summer session.
Required Qualifications: Associates’ degree or higher from a regionally accredited college/university in the Video Production Technology teaching field or closely related field and three years’ work experience in the Video Production Technology field

Title: Adjunct Instructor – Specialty areas of Nursing – Pediatrics

Position Summary: Provide guidance, instruction, and leadership to registered nursing enrolled in the Associate of Applied Science in Nursing program. Assists with evaluation, scheduling, and advising of students. Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with college faculty, staff, students, the general public, program advisory committees, and other health care professionals. Endorsed with appropriate credentials of RN licensure in Tennessee, CPR certification for health care professionals and advanced preparation and experience in one of following areas: Pediatrics or Psychiatric/Mental Health.
Department: Nursing
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Instruction and supervision of registered nursing students in the classroom in one of the following nursing areas: Pediatrics 2. Instruct and supervise R.N. nursing students in the clinical agency. 3. Function under the direction of the course faculty or Dean of Nursing for the course. 4. Participate in departmental activities associated with the instructional program. 5. Communicate clearly with students and colleagues. 6. Work effectively with traditional and non-traditional students including but not limited to the culturally and ethnically diverse. 7. Participate in professional organizations related to nursing and teaching. 8. Adapt to changes in the nursing program. 9. Schedule office hours as needed.
Required Qualifications: A. RN with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college/university required B. Three years’ clinical experience required
