JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYA high-rise system specialist focuses on the design, integration, and maintenance of various systems within high-rise buildings. These systems include HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and building automation systems including hot water loops, boilers, and BMS systems. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of how these systems operate individually and in conjunction with each other to ensure the building’s efficiency, safety, and comfort.
